How To Order a Transcript

• Contact your Project Coordinator to order a FocusVision Transcript when you book your next VideoStreaming™ project with FocusVision. You can also order a FocusVision Transcript even if your project has already been booked or transmitted.
• FocusVision can also create a FocusVision Transcript from your research video regardless of where or how it was created. Contact your Project Coordinator to make arrangements to send us your recording. Your FocusVision Project Coordinator will take it from there.
• Consistent with our privacy policy, transcript orders must be authorized by the Project Leader, the Research Agency Coordinator or the Moderator.
• To ensure your transcript's accuracy and speed, please send us your study guide or glossary for reference.
