Recruit from high quality focus facilities in the FocusVision network. Respondents are screened for high speed internet access and webcam. If a respondent or moderator does not have a webcam, FocusVision will provide one for a fee (in certain geographic regions only) and support installation and testing. Moderators need a computer, high speed internet access and a webcam. Client viewers need only to log onto the internet to see the project. InterVu is PC and MAC compatible.

As with all FocusVision services, we handle all technical aspects of the project, allowing you to focus on the important matter of conducting your research. FocusVision Senior Technicians monitor your project from the state-of-the-art Technical Support Center in Stamford, CT, to ensure complete reliability. Using InterVu requires little or no change to your research methodology. We do offer training for moderators and clients who want to become more comfortable with the technology.

• Recruit from high quality focus facilities in the FocusVision network
• FocusVision will provide and deliver the webcams and test them with respondents and moderators that need one. Please Note: Webcams are available in certain geographic regions only
• All participants receive a confirmation with login and testing instructions in advance of project
• You and your moderator may join the project an hour prior to group start to debrief. Respondents will be held in a holding area until you choose to begin
• Conduct your online focus group the way you normally do, and take advantage of InterVu’s advanced features
• You can access your project in your one year online archive
• You will receive an invoice from FocusVision for the InterVu™ transmission. The invoice for recruiting will come from the focus facility you choose
